Returns policy

Return your purchase to us within 14 days of dispatch of your order. All goods which you are returning must be unused and be in their original condition.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on jewellery worn in a piercing.

Returns should be sent by post at the buyers own cost and refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
